Hey guys!

Awesome training today ! thou it was freaking tiring, but i'm sure it was damn productive !!

i think tml i go down alone to check the stage lo ~

and

here is the Training flow tml :

6 - 7pm = Justin (need to clean up the first part only, the beats part)

7pm - 730pm = bartho and reuben ( 15mins each) see u all need to touch part which part.

730 - 830 (latest) = full run ! with at least 3 runs and 1 full costume run !

thats all! really enjoyed todays trainin!!
